This sport personality
assessment app test is
scientifically robust, user friendly
and sophisticated. The test items were
selected by factor analyzing
the results of over 10,000
people who completed a
longer version of the
instrument. The norms for the test
are based on an
international
gender-balanced benchmark
comparison group of 7,000
respondents who came mainly
from the USA, Canada, the UK
and Australia. The reliabilities of the
scales are in the range
defined as good by the
European Federation of
Psychologists' Associations and
the scale scores correlate with job
performance. The app report
summarizes the test-taker's
profile across the Big Five
factors and describes 8
other features of the
test-taker's style based on
factor score combinations.

Feedback Report.
The 12-page feedback report
describes the athlete's
standing across the Big Five
factors, and indicates the
implications for four key areas:
worth ethic, adaptability,
relationships, and emotions.
This screen shows a page
describing the athlete's work
ethic.
The feedback report can be
emailed to the test-taker's
inbox where it can be viewed,

Rapid Profiler.
The rapid profiler allows the
user to generate a report of
their personality based on how
they see themself rather than a
comparison with a benchmark
group. The profiler can also be
used to obtain 360-degree
feedback by asking friends and
colleagues to complete
profiles. Or it can also be used
as a report
writer to generate a
report based on
percentile scores
obtained from another
personality assessment
test that produces
scores across the Big
Five factors.
