If you have already paid for your report using the 2CheckOut.com payment gateway but have not received the report in your mailbox, please enter the 38~43 character long Merchant Order ID number printed on the 2CheckOut (2CO.com) Sales Receipt notification email in the textbox below. The easiest way to do this is to copy the Merchant Order ID from the sales receipt and paste it into the textbox

Another possible reason for not getting your report is that you made an error entering your email address and the email address in our database is incorrect. Again, please enter the Merchant Order ID number below and double check the email address in the pop-up window after clicking on the 'Email Report' button.

If you received the email but did not find the report attached to it, the most likely cause for this is the configuration of your mail server or local mail client. After entering theMerchant Order ID number below, please click on the 'View Report' button on the following screen or use the 'Email Report' feature with a different email address.
