This questionnaire consists of statements about the factors at work that increase or reduce your motivation at work. 

Consider each statement and click on the appropriate tick box to indicate whether a particular factor increases or reduces your motivation.

Do not spend too long on each question and try to avoid using the middle answer. Your first reaction will usually be the best response. If you need to change an answer, just click on one of the other boxes.

Remember to answer all the questions. There are 140 questions and it should take you about 15-20 minutes to complete the assessment.

Your report will be generated by a computerized expert assessment system and substantially reflects the answers made by you. Due consideration must be given to the subjective nature of questionnaire-based ratings.
