This questionnaire is designed to provide information about your team role preferences and team working style.
This questionnaire consists of 40 blocks of team role competencies.
Taking each block in turn, select the competency that you perform MOST effectively clicking the H or A box according to whether you assess your performance as high or average. Then select the competency that you perform NEXT most effectively again clicking the H or A box to indicate the difference between high and average performance. Leave the last competency blank.
It is good practice to work fairly quickly and avoid dwelling at length on a particular block. Answer honestly as you see yourself.
You must respond to all 40 blocks of statements and you must choose only one "Most" and one "Next" item in each block. It should take you about 15-20 minutes to complete the assessment.
Your report will be generated by a computerized expert assessment system and substantially reflects the answers made by you. Due consideration must be given to the subjective nature of questionnaire-based ratings. We can accept no liability for the consequences of the use of this report and this includes liability of every kind for its contents.
