Personality has been shown to be related to job performance, motivation, absenteeism, and job satisfaction.

The B5PQ assesses twenty dimensions of personality covering the Big Five factors of personality: openness to change, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism/emotional stability (OCEAN). For information about the reliability and validity of the test, click here...

The B5PQ is based on the Big Five factor model of personality whose major proponents are Lewis Goldberg, and Paul Costa and Robert McCrae. This theory proposes that the five OCEAN dimensions provide a complete description of personality.
