Test Instructions
This questionnaire measures thirty personal competencies covering six key areas of management and leadership.
The test consists of short personal competency statements. Taking each competency in turn, assess your current level of performance using the 5 point scale at the top of the questionnaire.
Do not spend too long on each competency statement and try to avoid using the middle rating. If you need to change a rating, just click on one of the other boxes.
There are 192 statements to rate and it should take you about 20-25 minutes to complete the assessment.
Your report will be generated by a computerized expert assessment system and substantially reflects the answers made by you. Due consideration must be given to the subjective nature of questionnaire-based ratings. We can accept no liability for the consequences of the use of this report and this includes liability of every kind for its contents.
