Access to Reports


Sponsored. If you were sponsored by your employer or another company to do one of our assessments—for example, a company that is hiring, a recruitment agency, or a learning provider—and you haven't received your results, please contact the test administrator/person who invited you to do the assessment.

Purchaser. If you purchased an assessment that you took yourself, you should have received your feedback report within a few minutes of completing the assessment and paying for it. If you haven't got your results—our email with it could have been removed by your spam filter—email us at support@myskillsprofile.com or complete the contact form below. We will find your report and email it to you within 24 hours. Please note that we only keep reports for 120 days so we can't send you reports that are over 120 days old.
